There are 4 bedrooms and a 5th that is a loft without a door so it did not work for our kids. The negatives are that there were many things in the house that did not work -- the disposal didn't work (although they did fix that after the first week), the appliances upstairs do not work, and the dishwasher is terrible (dirty, broken racks) and leaves a film of white dust on everything. The hot tub was also dirty when we got there (although they cleaned that during our stay). There were also no humidifiers (we bought them and left them in the house for future guests). Things like that would have been a nice touch. So overall, it's a good place to stay with good fundamentals but it needs some additional upkeep to get it to five stars." (8/5)
