The place itself is in need of some thorough maintenance.  Just some examples but there were 6 or 7 light bulbs blown or missing, bathroom tile and wallpaper coming away from the wall and the main couch was literally 'fixed' with Duct Tape (not an exaggeration ;)

There is plenty of space for a good sized group.  The hot tub was only half full and not hot when we arrived but the maintenance folks responded quickly and got that back in good shape." (6/5)
