Nestled amidst the dramatic East Vail mountains, this spacious home offers luxurious living for the whole family. Perfect for ski season, it's a short walk to the free Town bus and includes two ski lockers in Vail Village! Enjoy a spacious kitchen, stone fireplace, and light-filled living room with panoramic mountain views. Soak in sun on the private deck or relax in the hot tub. With two spacious levels, there are plenty of places to gather with friends and family or get some quiet time! First Floor (ground floor): Sleeping arrangements: 3 Bedrooms - Bedroom 1: King Bedroom with full bath - Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom with full bath - Bedroom 3: Bunk bedroom (4 twin beds) with full bath - Sofa bed Also on the first floor: - Hot Tub and backyard access - Immediate Gore Creek access - Large living area with TV - Garage access (2 cars) - Laundry room Second Floor (Main Floor): Sleep arrangements: 1 Bedroom Bedroom 4: King master bedroom with full bath Also on the second floor: - Dining area: Dinner table for 6, breakfast table for 4, bar seating for 2 - Fully stocked Kitchen - Piano - Patio with Weber grill and gas line hookup - never run out of gas mid-cook! - Spacious main living area with two large sofas, TV, and fireplace - Half bath Also on second floor: - Beautiful panoramic views of the mountains! East Vail has a grocery store, a liquor store, and one restaurant at the Vail Racquet Club. We recommend getting groceries at the City Market or Safeway (5-10 minute drive). The local grocery here has a limited stock and should ideally be used in a pinch. East Vail is home to beautiful waterfalls in the summer, dramatic mountains, and snow covered couloirs in the winter. East Vail is truly perfect if you want to be immersed in nature, yet minutes from Vail Village. While we always recommend having a vehicle, it is not necessary for this property. The home is near a Town of Vail bus stop that runs every 15 minutes in the winter and 30 in the summer (until it doesn't, then you are best served with a taxi). There is plenty of parking for 3 vehicles.

The house is very spacious and beautiful. It’s located in East Vail, ~15-20 minutes shuttle to Vail village. The house has everything you need - from all kitchen supplies imaginable to card games and a wonderful hot tub. The neighborhood is perfect and peaceful. Master bedroom was also gorgeous - spacious with bathroom with double showers, sinks and another tub. We really enjoyed our stay and this is a perfect place for a large family or a group of friends who want nice amenities and space, and are willing to take shuttle / be a little away from Vail village center.
Really enjoyed. This townhouse would definitely go back. Location is perfect. Quick shuttle to avail Village. Beautiful views, amazing Jacuzzi.
This place is exquisite! The high ceilings are beautiful, making the home feel very spacious. The house has instant hot water. Beds were comfortable with cleaning linens. We visited for a late summer wedding in vail but this house would be excellent for skiing as well, as there is a mud room right off the garage, with access to the garage given by the host. Outside on the deck, you will see a creek. You can easily walk to a bus stop if you do not want to drive into town. I highly recommend this Air BnB!

This property is lovely! It has the most amazing well stocked kitchen I have ever seen! They thought of everything! We had a couple of hiccups, but host was quick to respond and take corrective action. The location is perfect and has a stream running by which was awesome to sleep with the windows open. We would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout.
All went well, we arrived late and code was not working, messaged remote key and their response was right away with correct code. No issues after that.
Fantastic ski trip house! Had an excellent time — the house was great and the hosts were very responsive!
Very helpful when having issues with getting the key out of the lockbox (totally my fault) and helped with the code to the garage. Everything was clean and organized. Felt very comfortable and the neighbors were really nice as well.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Vacation Vail will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
