Great place, convenient location! Would definitely stay here again.
Really nice place in beautiful setting. Bus stop into town right at the end of the property, 5 minutes into town. Kitchen utensils and cookware were plentiful and we were able to cook entire meals. Hot tub was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
Great place for a small group. A little far to walk from the lifts, but a quick 5 minute drive to parking at the Gondola. Would stay again

The host was hard to get ahold of before the trip when I had questions and the fourth room actually has no door and just has a ladder you have to climb to get to… luckily I read reviews and knew that before but it was pretty high in person. Overall, this space worked well for 6 of us and we were close to the bus stop which was nice.

Cosy place, great views during winter, loved the backyard streams and loved the proximity to Vail village.
El lugar vale 100% el costo, es un espacio muy acogedor y bien ubicado, la descripción y fotos coinciden con lo que es. Nos sentimos muy cómodos mi familia y yo estando ahí. Estás a 4 min en coche de la villa, puedes salir a caminar al río, tienes todos los servicios cerca para hacer de tu viaje algo cómodo y sencillo. Le pongo 4 estrellas en vez de 5 porque la calefacción de una recámara no estaba funcionando (la calefacción en la casa es general pero específicamente en esa recámara no salía el aire caliente) y por haber ido en invierno el frío se sentía bastante. Me comuniqué con el anfitrión y aunque tuve respuesta inmediata jamás fueron a revisar la calefacción. De ahí en fuera todo estuvo 10/10.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Vacation Vail will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Vacation Vail will match it.
