Great Stay. Really Enjoyed our family stay.
A nice, comfortable condo as the photos describe, convenient location on the West Vail bus lines, but some small, notable disappointments that I found surprising. I noticed that there were not the proper coffee filters for the coffee maker at the unit, so messaged the management. I was told they do NOT provide coffee filters. As I shared with them, I find that quite incredible -- how are guests to know what type of filters to bring or buy without having to go out to the store after they check in, which was the annoying inconvenience I had to do. A coffeemaker without filters is not usable, and I have never encountered a rental that does not provide the necessary materials (utensils, salt & pepper, foil, dishes, pans, paper towels) for the kitchen appliances. Would be good to tell users to expect this that and what type of filters are needed should they maintain that policy. Also, they do not have toilet brushes in the bathrooms, which is also extremely inconvenient and strange.
Great location, close to Vail. Good size. Convenient parking.

Convenient location with shuttle to Vail Mountain. hot tub in the complex was nice. the shared hallway/loft space was a bit tight for adults but the description made this clear. kitchen was well stocked. we appreciated the plentiful amount of towels and the washing machine.
The location was really convenient. The house was very cute but the beds in the middle area were very extremely uncomfortable. There was no soap in both the bathrooms. One bathroom has a little bit soap left in the bottle but the 2nd bathroom didn't even have a soap bottle. I asked them to fill it up and they send 2 ladies next day to fill them up. I tried to tell the ladies about the bottle but they didn't understand any English. They have a auto answer thing, which is not helpful, it takes really long to get an answer from them. When they did response. they resolved the issues.
Hosts were responsive and flexible. It was great to not have a whole list of checkout instructions. The bus stop is super close. The condo itself was clean and had the amenities we needed, bonus points for having so many dishes and cups for a large group. The main reason I am giving this place 4/5 stars is because there is really only 2 true bedrooms, then just a space with bunk beds and lofted bunks all at the top of the stairs which was a very tight space for so many people to stay- it is open to the rest of the cabin without it’s own door, which could be loud if some people wanted to go to bed earlier… and it got hot without any windows or airflow in the space. Ultimately it would probably be good if you have only some kids sharing that space, but for adults it was pretty tight! The stairs to the sleeping area and bedrooms were rather steep so keep that in mind if you have anyone with disabilities. Overall had a great stay here and would come back!
We had a wonderful stay in west vail! It was peaceful and quiet yet still close to everything vail has to offer. The rooms were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed! We would definitely come back!
Great location, five minute drive away from Vail Village. Ideal for two couples. The pictures of the bedrooms are a bit misleading. There are two bedrooms, but none have a bathroom inside. There is a common area with bunk beds joining the two rooms, this area doesn’t have privacy.

good communication, the neighbor that we ran into was a bit abrasive and awkward to deal with but overall the location was great. the communication was great and everything seemed to be as described. The bus route was very easy and accommodating.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Vacation Vail will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Vacation Vail will match it.
