Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay. The place was as described. The value was great. The location was just what we needed. Three minor complaints: 1. I had to ping the owner to request check-in information. I was told that they would send it to me days before, but apparently their system failed to auto-send it 2. There was too much essential oils in use in the condo. The smell was really strong. We actually removed the essential oils from the interior while we were there. 3. Near the end of our stay, we requested a screwdriver (to remove bindings from snowboard). The owner said they would bring a screwdriver the next day. But the next day they didn't show up as promised and didn't respond to our messages.
