Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and only 5 miles from the ski slopes in Vail, this 4 bedroom/4.5 bath home is ready to take on your family and friends with ease. After a day of adventure on the mountain, unwind in the private hot tub or kick back on the wrap-around sofa in front of the fire. In the summer, open the doors to merge inside with out and enjoy grilling dinner on the patio. Your year-round Vail basecamp awaits! Main Floor: - Fully stocked kitchen with 3 ovens and a 6 burner gas stove. - Kitchen island with bar seating for 2. - Dining area with table seating for 8. - Vaulted ceiling living area with wrap-around couch, two sheep skin chairs, gas fireplace, and smart TV. - 1/2 guest bath - Laundry room. - Patio access with hot tub. - Garage access for 1 car. Upstairs: Bedroom One: King bedroom with smart TV, work from home desk including computer monitor, and en-suite spa bath with a jacuzzi tub, steam shower and double vanity. Also includes access to an outdoor deck. Downstairs: Bedroom Two: King bedroom with gas fireplace and en-suite spa bath with steam shower, copper soaking tub, and a double vanity. Includes access to the outdoor patio and work from home station with computer monitor. Bedroom Three: Two double beds with a smart TV. Bathroom is across the hall that has a double vanity and a tub/shower combo. These beds would be considered firm. Bedroom Four: Two double beds with a smart TV. En-suite bath attached that includes a soaking tub, double vanity, and a separate shower. These beds would be considered soft. About the outdoor spaces: - Upper patio has access to the hot tub and gas grill. - Lower patio has a large outdoor fireplace and the open outdoor space behind the house. Guests have access to the entire property (minus a few locked closets) during their stay. The Remotkey Team is available 24/7 throughout your stay.

Would definitely stay again, great place for our girls weekend.
Beautiful home, great location and views. Only complaint was that there was not enough wash cloths in the bathrooms and not enough hand towels in the kitchen.

Beautiful home, comfortable and quiet! Felt right at home and our host was amazing! Really looking forward to staying again!
5 stars. The property was clean, location was convenient. The host was responsive and check-in was easy. No issues and would rent again in the future!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Vacation Vail will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Vacation Vail will match it.
