Home was well equipped, quiet location but close to vail village
We have been in Vail over 10 times during the last 15 years and by far this was our best stay. Golf Terrace 54 is perfect, location, surroundings, the house layout is just perfect for family gatherings and has great views. The host responds within minutes after contact and is very helpful and friendly, he just made us feel at home. We will definitely be back next year.

The place was clean. There wasn’t enough toilet paper for 4 people to last a few days. Plates had multiple cracks in them. The refrigerator had a shelf that kept falling off. Most of the windows didn’t open because the cranks were broken. It was autumn and it would have been nice to open them. Overall, it was clean.
Nice home, lots of room. Some minor maintenance issues.
Remotkey was super responsive and flexible. The unit is very private, backing to the woods so there is no one behind you, very peaceful. The unit itself is very spacious and "lives" bigger than its actual size.
This place is very open and spacious. The location was great for hiking and not far from Vail Village. It was clean nicely decorated. Communication was good. When we had an issue with the stove, it was resolved very quickly. I would definitely stay again.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Vacation Vail will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Vacation Vail will match it.
