Wonderful location. Short walk to lift to get you to Beaver Creek base. Able to ski almost to the condo at the end of the day.
Great property with so much space for people! Excellent mudroom for all of the winter gear. Split floor plan so the spaces felt more private. The bunk room was massive, extremely well constructed, and the beds were especially comfortable. There were a couple of spots where you could tell they were still working on the place (a partially patched wall, closet doors not installed), but nothing that felt unsafe. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. The living room had some games and puzzles - learned my 4-year-old loves puzzles from this trip! We had grandparents, parents, and toddler/preschoolers all in the space and it worked great for everyone. I’d recommend anyone staying get some firewood, tissues, and aluminum foil from the local City Market. We had thought of anything else we needed prior!
The home was perfect! Beautiful views and the perfect amount of space for the whole family.
Great location. Easy to get around.
The location is an easy walk to the village and close to easy hiking trails. The kitchen is well stocked with any and every small appliance needed. The bedrooms have plenty of bedding with a few small fans included. The balconies were peaceful to sit and enjoy the views and fresh air. We have stayed in Beaver Valley multiple times during the summer season and would return to this home for our next getaway.
Great place and location!
We didn’t have a single issue where we needed to contact the host. The location was great - walkable down the hill to the village and ski-in/ski-out access across the street from the unit.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Vacation Vail will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Vacation Vail will match it.
