Great stay and location
Excellent location slopeside - easy walk to the village from the backdoor. Some of the reviews seem misplaced - this unit is not near a creek, nor the freeway, and another review dated during our stay mentions hummingbird feeders that are not there. The condition is very worn, but everything is functional. The pictures on the site are old when in better condition, in my opinion. It was good for our family (2 adults, 2 young kids, 1 infant), but I would maybe not love having a crawler here with how dingy the carpets are. Cleaners could pay a bit more attention to carpets. The price point aligns with the location and the space.

Can’t beat the location, wish it was more updated but still fair value for the location. We also bought them no pillows for the master because they were so uncomfortable
Have stayed in that building g a number of times over the past few years. The unit that I selected for this stay was terribly dated and showed numerous signs of damage.Was listed on VRBO site as a 3br 3 1/2 bath. We only had access to 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. This was the biggest disappointment of the trip and will never even think about staying in that property again or using the PM company again.
If you're into convenient skiing/snowboarding, this place can't be beat. Not only is a green run literally 10 steps from the door, you can leave your skis and poles on the patio and there's a storage cabinet (with dryers) for boots and helmets in the room right by the door! The downside for some will be the "run down-ness" of the condo. It's definitely dated, but that's usually ok. But when you see broken tiles in the bathroom and large chunks of torn wallpaper, it does take away from the experience. It's a shame since they could probably spend 1-2 weeks rental income to fix it. Finally, the main bedroom mattress was pretty bad. They had 2 foam toppers and 2 mattress covers to try to help. It ended up being lumpy and hot (we cracked the windows (-4F to 10F at night), which kept us comfortable).

This property has such a great location if you are a skier. This place is true ski in ski out right under the Haymeadow gondola in Beaver Creek and you can ski right down to the Quicksilver chair. The condo inside leaves something to be desired in many ways, but will do the job. The place definitely shows its age and is in desperate need of updates. The reason for the high review is solely because of the excellent location.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Vacation Vail will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
