Had a great time skiing in Beaver Creek thanks to the convenient location. Store your skis down the hall and ski right out the back door to the lifts. Hot tub was great and walking distance to town - can’t get much better.
We really enjoyed our stay at this place. We arrived at Beaver Creek somewhat early, and the host let us check in. That was awesome! The place is just as described and is a ski in/out. It had all the amenities we needed, and the host was very responsive. Would love to stay there again next time.

Fantastic Stay
My group loved staying in this condo for a long ski weekend. The ski in/ski out experience was awesome and the village was a quick shuttle ride away. The host was very responsive as well. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great spot for our ski vacation. Locker/boot room was conveniently located right next to the building exit with true ski-in/out access. Quick walk to the village for lots of restaurant options. Hot tub was nice and relaxing to recover after skiing. Would 100% stay here again!
This place gets 5 stars based on value, cleanliness and location and check-out process ("just be out on time"), and we'd absolutely stay here again based on the price. It is a true ski-in ski-out without any walking at all or crazy narrow hard to find ski way (not common in beaver creek). Unit was clean, amenities were great, and it felt much bigger than what the pictures led us to believe. All this being said, calling it a "luxury" condo would not be accurate. It's a nice sized clean condo with a great location for a ski trip. 2 Quick notes: - In winter time it's a treacherous walk to the beaver creek village. Plan on taking the shuttle or driving. - Also the garage entrance has low clearance at 7 feet. If you've got a cargo box on the roof of your car, you might not fit. Our Subaru Outback with a yakima box on the roof had about 2 inches of clearance.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Vacation Vail will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Vacation Vail will match it.
