The layout - All on one single floor: Main living/entry area: - Seating for 6 with the couch and 3 comfortable arm chairs. - Fireplace - Views of Vail mountain. - Fully stocked kitchen. Includes dishwasher, drip coffee maker, fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, and microwave. - Dining area with seating for 6. Bedroom One: - King bed - Full en-suite bath. Bedroom Two: - Two single beds. - Full en-suite bath. Additional Areas: - Back porch with a gas grill overlooking Gore Creek. Guests have access to the entire condo! Accurately described and budget friendly for Vail.
The location was great and only 3 min walk to the slopes! The checkin process was a bit difficult because the unit is numbered 5a but the outside of the building is #4. Also; we had to contact the host for the key because it wasn’t under the mat as advertised. The dish washer is 20+years old and left a residue on the dishes and when you open it, it falls out from the wall. Additionally; The house took 24hrs to come to temperature. Overall, the house is very cozy but could use a refresh as it hasn’t been renovated in 20+years. For the price point, we expected more. Regardless of these points, we still had an amazing trip and the views are beautiful from the house. We would recommend it.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Vacation Vail will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Vacation Vail will match it.
