Excelente ubicación! El acceso a la montaña y centro de ski a 200 metros es genial. El jacuzzi espectacular, muy cómoda para familias grandes, solo le falta un poco de mantenimiento.

Location is great - not ski-in/ski-out but only about 5 minutes walk to a lift. Easy walking access to restaurants in the village. The place itself is in need of some thorough maintenance. Just some examples but there were 6 or 7 light bulbs blown or missing, bathroom tile and wallpaper coming away from the wall and the main couch was literally 'fixed' with Duct Tape (not an exaggeration ;) There is plenty of space for a good sized group. The hot tub was only half full and not hot when we arrived but the maintenance folks responded quickly and got that back in good shape.

Great spot that’s in an amazing location! Easy walk to the ski lift with quick access to the back bowls. We also enjoyed the easy access to the nearby Amphitheater for concerts. The hot tub that overlooked the creek was a highlight. We also took advantage of the wonderful kitchen and grill to cook meals
The condo was in a great location, walking to the lifts and town. We loved that each bedroom had its own bath and that there were 2 levels for our party. It would have been helpful it the owner had more instructions ie. best route to get to the mountain, where the hot tub towels were, where the chlorine was for the the hot tub ect. All in all we loved staying there even though there were some hiccups when we first arrived. Remotely did take care of everything. We worked with Christian and he was great!!! The private hot tub was also a highlight and it was right over the river which was a great way to end the day. Can't wait to see the upgrades that are coming!!!
This place was perfect for couples getaway with friends! Quick walking access to town and the slopes!
Wonderful place to stay for our family ski trip! Convenient, short walk to Golden Peake Lodge and ski lifts (Riva Bahn, Gopher Hill), and an easy walk to Vail Village for shopping or gondola one. Our family enjoyed the private hot tub every afternoon/evening after a long day on the slopes! The view over Gore Creek while we relaxed in the hot tub with snow falling on our heads was magical. The layout of the townhome was perfect for our family. Nice, comfortable, clean, spacious, and great location! We really appreciated the easy check out process, since we had to leave by 5:00 am to catch our flight out. Great Host communication!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Vacation Vail will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Vacation Vail will match it.
